Advanced Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering Degree.
Strong personal and interpersonal skills, culturally aware with experience of working with a multicultural workforce.
OIM Legislation certificate is preferred.
Fluent in English, able to make detailed and comprehensive reports.
At least 15 years experience in an offshore oil and gas industry, at least 5 years of which should be in a management role.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse group of people ranging from technical staff to on site operations personnel.
Experienced with safety management systems and certified in Management of Major Emergencies.
